Ffwrnes is two friends from school making traditional Neapolitan pizza with a nod, make that a huge nod to Wales. Their dough is homemade and topped with San Marzano tomatoes(DOP), a must for true Neapolitan pizza. For their toppings we use a variety of producers that span the length and breadth of Wales. The final piece of the jigsaw is the wood fired ovens which are housed in their charming Piaggio vans, this turns their Welsh-Italian pizzas from ‘brilliant’ to perfect!
