Their Beef Chilli is made using beef from our own heard of highland cattle. Slow cooked in garlic, coffee and spices it is a winning recipe that fills hungry revelers and keeps you coming back for more. Served on garlic bread with cumin infused sour cream, cheese, coriander and sweet roquito chillis. Also, their Gourmet Garlic Mushrooms are cooked in garlic, cream and lemon juice, served on garlic bread and topped with rocket and shaved parmesan, a perfect meal for vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
