At Muffin Man & Co, they have sourced the very best ingredients to make their muffins. Sausage, pork belly, bacon jam, cheese, egg have found a home inside their homemade English muffins. Another variation is their smoked eel, scrambled duck egg and curry butter muffin. Their smoked fish is from a small smokery Lincolnshire. They get all their free range pork from their award winning butcher HG Walters. They get their cheese and buttermilk from Neals Yard dairy. Steve the founder was a chef for 10 years, trained by Phil Howard at the Square, La trompette and the Castle Hotel before starting Muffin Man & Co.
