Rainbo was the brain child of husband and wife Ben and Xochi and was part of the first wave of London’s quality street food movement. After four years it was time to handover the chopsticks. Having both had an extreme obsession for gyoza since they can remember (including those of Rainbo since the very beginning!) and no longer fulfilled by our 9-5 desk jobs the opportunity to do what they love was impossible to turn down. Their mission is to spread the word, and the word is DUMPLINGS. Serving up traditional gyoza alongside their highly addictive house pickles and other dishes ranging from their miso yakitori skewers to their Japanese scotch eggs, this is Japanese Soul Food with their own personal stamp.
