Smith & Sinclair create incredible products and experiences, that bring excitement to customers and offer something totally unexpected. Their first product to market is a (patented) edible cocktail, a solidified alcohol product, which deconstructs classic cocktails in a way, never experienced before.
Their Edible Cocktails have a texture between an American Hard Gum and a pate de fruit, each Pastille is made with natural ingredients; spanning four spirit categories including Gin, Whisky, Rum and Vodka.
Each pastille has its own flavour profiling, spiced for rum, sweet for vodka, sour for whisky and floral for gin. The base of the pastilles is 40% abv spirit and mixers, coated in a garnish infused sugar. Presenting a prolonged taste profile and is around 1/2 a shot per pastille.
